Would a 'vintage' landrover qualify for cheaper annual road tax in The ROI ? or if I really couldn't manage without a motor in Ireland would something with a 1L engine be advisable to keep annual cost as low as possible ( Other than walking everywhere of course)

Hi Povester Sounds just like the 'water' supply at a property we are buying! The spring at this property is located up on a hill behind the house and its land adjoins Forestry Commission land. The spring water hasnt been tested for about 8 years (it was ok then) so we don't know it's current rating ...

We are in Wexford and have got a pig herd number and sheep/goat flock number. The phone number for the sheep herd dept at the dept of agriculture in Dublin is 1890 252 713. They should direct you to your local office who will send out someone to do your inspection. For ear tags and guns etc, we use...

Looks a great bit of kit, I could always knock one up out of timber, but the metal ones are much lighter and easier to store away I think .
