Congratulations!! He looks lovely - to think I had one like that a few weeks ago (my second and last, now 11 weeks old) - already he looks so different, lots bigger and chubbier. Remember to enjoy each moment, it goes by sooo fast!!

I wouldn't do the leaving to cry, personally. There's a book called the No Cry Sleep Solution by Elizabeth Pantley that has lots of ideas in - lots like some of the things suggested here.
