Thanks Deb. He did offer to get me some more but he takes his dogs hunting and I don't want him to get my new chooks. It would seem weird so I'll look to getting some myself. I want 2 lovely brown hens again so I'm not difficult to please. Thanks for hug.

I'd like to buy some chickens

My 2 beautiful brown hens were killed in the recent bad weather by neighbours dogs so I am looking to have some more. Does anyone know of a reputable supplier in Derbyshire? I would have rescue hens but they don't seem to be in my area and the local RSPCA have just housed theirs. I am a newcomer to ...

My beautiful chooks were killed when fence panel on neighbours garden blew down and their 4 dogs got in. :cry:

I am new to your forum and just signed in to say hello. I live in Derbyshire UK and trying to keep chickens in my back garden. My first 2 beautiful brown hens were killed last week when a fence panel was blown down. Neighbours 4 dogs tunnelled up into my garden and killed them. I am obviously devast...
