elderberry cordial and rowen jelly
Bizzare season it might be for fruits, berries & fungi. Today for example i was picking elderflower and ripe elderberries from the same tree.

Has anyone ever attempted to make a blackberry cordial that is none alcoholic and would be good for a refreshing summer drink if diluted with iced water. If so would appreciate any recipes.

I was wondering when someone would mention ground elder. Do not be suprised when i say that it is delicious to eat particularly when it IS young.
