Re: My craft stall

You have some lovely stuff there! I've never tried selling at a craft fair before but at a lot of the craft fairs I go to I see most stall holders go home with just as much stuff as they came with. :( As well as Ebay/Etsy/Folksy etc it might be worth creating an account on a site like DeviantArt. It...

Yes. But not only that it also puts me off all food for several hours after seeing it. Goodness knows who thought it would be a good idea to put freaky faces on food.

Re: Discrediting very real isues with S***e

:thumbright: Since when has Tom and Jerry been banned? Years now as far as I'm aware, at least 6. It stopped playing and for a while I just assumed they were wanting to show something different to keep the kids amused, but after months of channel flicking and searching it was no where to be seen. T...

Re: Little things that really annoy you!

This guy at work. Everytime I leave him a message on his desk, he has to come and ask me about it even though the messages are very simple and always written clearly, he still has to come and ask me about them. "Please visit restaurant X on Wednesday morning and speak to the manger." What is so hard...

Re: collecting eggs for incubation

To be honest I've not had much luck with eggs through the post 1 out of 24 and that was a cock. Using my own or rather my hens this time. When we last incubated eggs (years ago) we had 24 and the only one to hatch was a cock too. We also turned the eggs over to stop the yolks sticking to the ...

Re: Snakes in the Grass (and other places)

I'd love to have snakes in the garden. Sadly the closest thing I've seen in the wild was a dead slow worm my dad found when I was little. :( I have 4 corn snakes in my bedroom though, does that still count in the "other places" category? It's pretty much a wilderness in there so that's like the wild...

Re: should junk food be outlawed????

should junk food be outlawed???? Nah. 1) Let people take some responsibility for themselves and their lifestyles. If they want to pay good money for poor quality food and/or eat too much junk food then that's their look out. 2) Big brother already controls enough of our lives, why let them have eve...

Re: Shopping for pleasure?????

Occasionally I like to go shopping, but usually it's for beads and other crafty things rather than clothes, DVD's, etc. I don't remember the last time I brought myself new clothes....xmas 2010 is the last time I remember getting given a new dress, a lovely knitted one with a bunny on it! :icon_smile...
