Some of you might be interested in this website that sell whole leaf tobacco which you can then process yourself into cigarettes or whatever, with a machine they also sell. I believe this way attracts none or less tax.

Definitely don't use it for tinctures then. Do not even think about consuming it. It's a great solvent though, ideal for degreasing oily components, starting Tilley lamps and so on. Where did you get it from because that's a really good price for isopropyl alcohol.? I got it off a well known online...

I bought some 100% alcohol what can i do with it? It was £10 for a litre. Going to use it to clean up some secondhand briar tobacco pipes. I will have some left over - what can i do with it?
