Sorry Herbivore (and Flo), I was just attempting to answering the original question of "How much space do I need".

It did answer my question. Thank you :)

Considering that plants is literally all I eat, I will probably need 142 m2 all for myself

But I will start small and expand when I have figured this out.

Forget the Horticultural Degree Herbivore; whatever rules you learn will be quickly ignored by the plants - they will do what they want, where they want and how they want. Experiental learning is the key; and also tapping into the learned as you are. It's a bit like learning to operate a new machine - a quick look through the manual and just jump on and have a go.
