Thought for Food

Each month I publish a webpage called Thought for Food, with info for local/seasonal growing, eating, recipes and some nutrition suggestions. The growing and eating aspect of it it is aimed at Somerset, though most of it holds for all of the UK; the nutrition ideas are for everyone!
