Hi from Essex - soon to be Europe

Post: # 260488Post SolarJohn »

Hi everyone :)

My names John and I'm currently living in Essex with my wife and daughter. Spending lots of time preparing for living full time in my motorhome with my family and will hopefully be mostly self sufficient - certainly energy wise at least (in the process of installing solar panels on the roof). It's a bit of an adventure, but we hope it's going to be a lifestyle we love.

Looking forward to getting some selfsufficientish tips from you guys!

Cheers,
John

Hi there and welcome
Let us be lovely
And let us be kind
Let us be silly and free
It won't make us famous
It won't make us rich
But damn it how happy we'll be!

Hi,

Sounds fantastic! Especially the Algarve bit! Pangs of jealousy there. I live in the Midlands where sunshine doesn't exist at the moment lol!
