Hi,
I'm from North Yorkshire in the UK and grow my own organic fruit and veg
I'm also a palaeo-archaeologist with a developing interest in edible weeds and flowers (which is more about NOT eating things than eating them... never touch any plant for food unless you've done your research and know exactly what you are doing).
If something is edible in my garden though, I will eat eat it. Marigolds, dandelions, lilac flowers, nasturtiums, anything edible!
But I don't have a comprehensive knowledge yet and make sure I am always paranoid about potential toxins.

Hi there and welcome
Let us be lovely
And let us be kind
Let us be silly and free
It won't make us famous
It won't make us rich
But damn it how happy we'll be!
