Avatar Size - Please Read

Some of you who were members before the forum upgrade now have avatars that are too large for the new look forum. You may have noticed whilst scrolling through threads that this is forcing the margin over and making the posting box irregular and we would like to tidy this up.

Can we please ask you to reduce your avatars to a maximum of 120 x 200 pixels?

The members whose avatars are too large are:

Cheezy
MKG
Marc
Clara
Thurston Gardens
Green Aura
Sky
Marc B
Old Tree Man (though only a little bit!)

There may be more but these are the people I've noticed whilst reading threads.
