We did it, earlier than expected 1 000 000 hits and it was on this forum made by hedgewizard.

Thought I would go back to this post as we are now approaching the 2 000 000th hit. It should be in the next 4-5 days!

Pretty amazing really how quickly we have jumped a million hits in 6 months. If it stays the same we can officially say that we get 2 million hits a year.

Now I wonder how much energy is used by each click and if it is enough to power a light bulb. Muddy?

A hit isn't the same as a view though so you get more hits for your power than clicks :)

Ok I mean page view and not page impressions we get a million page impressions a month and that includes spam bots, google bots and all the rest of it. The stats we use count the actuall pages that just people look at so it would count on mouse clicks.
