Many thanks! Not had many dealings with the mod MMM but I'm sure it can be a thankless task sometimes! enjoy your free time!

Decisions like that are always difficult to make, and more difficult to actually put into action, especially after so many years. Well done, thank you, and have fun

Re: Thanks Millymollymandy
Okay, it's now 6.30am, in an ideal world Mandy is true to her word and she is enjoying the outside world. I hope she doesn't see this for days, I hope she is spending time in her garden and looking after her chickens and NOT on the internet reading this.
But perhaps that is wishful thinking, so on that chance you do see this soon Mandy I can't thank you enough for the last five years.
As Andy says the forum would have ground to a halt without you. Despite having a public (ish) profile I'm actually quite a private person and as such not a fan of forums. So having someone on a volunteer team who has put in quite as much work as you have to keep it running has been humbling. I can only look at the stats of the number of posts you have made in awe - for the last five years you have been this forum and we can't thank you enough.
So all that is left for me to say is - Mandy turn off your computer and walk away, we’ll all still be here tomorrow!

Oooops I'm allowed a quick peek aren't I?
Thank you very much for all the kind words everyone - and yes I am enjoying myself outside and yes we are actually going off out next week birdwatching/walking. May take tomorrow afternoon off (from the gardening) and just laze by the pond, after all it's sunny and it's Easter so why not.
Hey Boboff I can still pull faces at you though!
By the way Dave or any mod reading this - I still have the mod delete buttons and things so can you turn me off now please (before I'm tempted to zap a spammer ). I'm not looking where I shouldn't by the way so you can bitch about me now.
Take care everyone. xx

Five and a half years...Hmmm ... No staying power then ??
I put a forum on my website and was surprised and delighted that I had 8 members. Over the next week that number increased to 47 and within a month it was over 1800........... ! of those ONE was a real person the rest were spammer addies so your work will have been very invaluable MMM.
Actually as one poster said "MMM Says..." I've used that when talking to my wife...
Take a break, watch the birdies and all that then come back and thrash me and Boboff with some old raspberry canes in the winter.
Big al.......

No I won't use a smiley because I've decided to turn into Boboff, as he's turned all nice all of a sudden. Grumble grumble.
