Another great product is the fem cups, which catch the flow which can then be watered down and used on the garden. Sorry if this is too much information.

you can do the same with the water you soak pads in too.

I read on a forum somewhere (don't think it was here) about a woman who used the water from pad soaking on her houseplants and it made them shoot up and grow beautifully.

I just brought my daughter a Mooncup,which I brought from a well known high street chemist in the scab bin for £5.50!What a bargain!!!lol
