I was particularly interested in the cold and flu remedies listed on the site. However for those of us who buy our lemon juice in bottles, how much juice in a lemon?
And if I were to buy lemons, how long would they last?

They last ages in the fridge (not the most selfsufficient solution but I've got one so I may as well use it).
My favourite restorative is the juice of one lemon (a variable amount... depends on the size and juiciness of the lemon!), boiled up with some water and small cubes of ginger (again 'some' indicates that I'm not too fussy about measuring). Once it's infused, I'll drink it with honey to sweeten. I'm not sure how medicinal it is but it certainly works as far as soothing and wholesome go.

A very rough gestimate is about a triple measure. Speaking of which Nick do you still go to the racehorse, as dave has moved back to Northampton and he still does.
