Marguerite Patten- Home made wine and Cordials

Post: # 177641Post indy »

Just thought would share this book, have always been a great fan of the dame herself and found this book in a charity shop, is extremely easy to follow and consise although bear in mind it is old fashioned but have found it to be a great beginners book! I have found it on the net for 60p

Love a bit of Marguerite! My husband and i were given a complete set of MP cookcards by his mum (she had faithfully collected them each week, but wanted rid of them in a kitchen clear out). They're fab, but i'm not sure I've the time to make all the carrot and radish flower garnishes....
I'm off to find a copy of that book now! Thanks!
