Sometime next year, (before it gets to cold to work outside!), my partner and I plan to sell our home and buy a barn(s) in need of conversion with, hopefully enough land to feed us from. In addition to the land we are hoping to find a place with a large enough outbuilding to convert to studios from which we will run art classes. Whilst we can afford to do this ourselves we would like to get in touch with any couples or individuals who have the same plan/dream in mind and would like to co own. The reason for this is the more money we have in the kitty the bigger place/land we can buy. We are not proposing communal living, more probably just sharing the land and dividing up the available buildings into discreet homes. We have no specific location in mind but so far the places we've seen and like are mostly located in the east Anglia/Cambridge area, but we are not fixed on this location. If there is anyone on the board who is interested or if you know of anyone please get in contact.

thanks for that SG, but that looks more like a communal thing, we're just looking for co owners of the plot of land and buildings, nothing as political or high minded as that
