change car speakers

The whole reason for the selfsufficientish website was to offer a place where anyone can ask, HOW DO I...? So who knows why it has taken us so long to have a HOW DO I? section, but here it is. So if you want to know how to do anything selfsufficientish then here is the place to ask.

Sorry, I've no idea. Would the car manufacturer website offer such information?

You need to check the power handling of your new speakers (in Watts) and the impedance (in Ohms)
Most speakers nowadays are between 4 and 16 Ohms impedance, so not really a worry and the physical size of the speaker will give you an idea about power handling if it's not marked, i.e., the bigger the more power it can handle.
