If you go to user control panel at the top, and then to profile, and then to edit avatar, you should see the browse button's back!

I haven't a clue what a 'browse button back' is but in your User Control Panel under Profile you can change your avatar whenever you want to.

Hopefully, its the button to browse your computer for an avatar, rather than having one uploaded from a hosting site.

I say hopefully because that's what i gave directions for...
