Selling Home-made Toiletries.

I'm looking for a little advice. A friend of mine runs a shop in town and wants to start selling her own line of herbal/natural toiletries and has asked me to help out. Now I know there are all kinds of legal requirements but am unsure as to what they are exactly. I was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction...

go to www.fresholi.co.uk too, they've got some people who sell from home, and professionally. They'll be able to put you in contact with the people that do all the testing and safety stuff.
