I am brewing (if you can say so) Kombucha and Gingerbeer and somehow (it was just a experiment but it worked sooo good) they like the sugar in Agave Nectar more then normal Caster, golden, mascovado etc sugar. Its much more fizzier, brews faster, and the culture is healthier and more potent (so to speak).
Any other the same experiences?

I love agave and use it a lot in baking instead of sugar but its so expensive for such small bottles. Would be great if I could get a bulk source but as yet, no luck!
