The last thing I tried to buy online was an ice lolly maker from a site which I have since found out is a BIG FAT SCAM . So we lost our money. I'll be wiser in future and google any site I'm thinking of buying from to see whether it is mentioned as such on any consumer websites.

I recently tried buying a washing machine from an outfit that charged the card and failed to deliver. It took a couple of weeks for my bank to refund it in full.

Unfortunately you have to spend over €100 on a French debit card to claim a refund, and it was only about £20 ish.

But thanks for that link, I have a UK Visa debit card which I will use in future for online purchases as I see there's no limit to what you are covered for!

One of those adaptors for blowing up flat balls....Netballs and Rugby balls, mucky.

I love on-line, it's such a challenge, but great when you get a bargain.

Recently I have been decorating, and have managed to get most of it on-line, only things which I could get effectively priced were Paint and tiles. I hate going shopping in the car and coming home empty handed as it is a waste of fuel, at least on line you know if they have it or not, stupid Lidl and there weekly offers!
