rocket recipes?

You all seem to be such proficient chefs. Well here is a place to share some of that cooking knowledge. Or do you have a cooking problem? Ask away. Jams and chutneys go here too.

I'm impressed that you have enough rocket for soup, pesto, and still some left to freeze! I'm hovering over mine waiting for it to produce enough for a salad. Anyway, this link says you can freeze rocket, and there are some recipe ideas as well:

Wormella, that's exactly what I was going to suggest, but then saw that frozen recipes were needed. Rocket, garlic and parmesan pizza. Just delicious!
If in doubt ~ use a hammer!

This recipe of Delia's is fantastic. I could eat bucketfuls of it!

Phew, I'm so glad that recipe was online and I didn't have to type it out!!

Honestly I don't know what happened to the rocket this year but we're sick of it - there are still two rows in the ground which are now in full flower - I'd rather it look pretty than eat any more just at the moment  I presume its something to do with the torrential rain followed by a load of sun we had this year - the strawberries are looking fairly early too.

but thanks for the tips, and that onion salad does look yummy - perhaps we could face another small rocket based meal.....
