Hello from Oxfordshire

Post: # 234649Post Saffron »

Hi. Just joined this site, having found it this afternoon and spent ages on it! We have about an acre of garden with vegetables and chickens and are hoping to venture into quail and duck this summer, so I will be looking for loads of advice........ The veggies keep me and OH going, but we have to 'buy in' when the children come home. Chickens are quite small, we have just had to get some replacements, so the eggs are infrequent and tiny! Looking forward to spending loads of time here!

Hi there and welcome
Let us be lovely
And let us be kind
Let us be silly and free
It won't make us famous
It won't make us rich
But damn it how happy we'll be!

Thanks for the welcomes. Mother, we used to live in a flat but we outgrew it. A couple of houses later, we are here to stay I think! Do you have window boxes or acces to any green space at all?
