Further annoyance

Last year, SERBIA issued a series of stamps commemorating BRITISH HEROINES of WW1 in Serbia, so grateful are they still to the help they received. BTW, a Serb official during the war said something along the lines that, no wonder GB was such a great country with such women. What stamps (during this period of remembering that period) did ROYAL mail issue? Apart from the usual scenes of men in battle (and out of that series of stamps, one was poppies and another a football) they honoured... comedy "greats", fictional characters, yachts, etc. Grrrr
