Wanted - Runner Ducks. Yorkshire

Post: # 29336Post Tensing »

Indian Runner Ducks

Having had our Khaki Campbell’s for a month now, we feel it is now time to expand our flock to include some Runner Ducks.

We would like around 4 young female ducks, or ducklings. They will be kept as pets, so show looks not important.

You really have been bitten by the duck keeping bug haven't you

I think we are done for this year in terms of getting more livestock... got rather a lot - I now want to plan for my garden and willow stuff...

Hope you get your indian runners...

I know, they are so lovely.

I was looking at Dexter Cattle yesterday, but hubby said no, before I even said anything.

I could fancy a Dexter cow myself - they are a handy size, aren't they!

How are you getting on with the Khaki Campbells - that was one of the breeds that I thought I might like to get... Hopefully next year, if I manage to dig out my pond until then. I'd only have room for two or three.

I'm a size 10, really; I wear a 20 for comfort. (Gina Yashere)

The campbells are great, a bit daft, and they let the bantams steal their food, but lovely.
