Just a shortie to say I have started broadcasting a show on our local hospital radio station, called 'Slow Down and Green Up with Tracey Smith'.
It's on a Wednesday from 10 until noon.
Each week, I will be talking about ways we can ditch the stresses of modern day living, lean towards the green, do ’stuff’ with our kids without flexing a plastic friend, embrace some of Mother Natures own gifts, cook some great, simple nosh from fresh and make more ethical shopping decisions on a modest family budget.
I’ll also be doing outside broadcasts at some of the south west's best organic and ’slow’ local food producers and restaurants, sampling and talking about their food and getting your saliva glands working overtime!

My first broadcast this week went well(ish), although you could have fried a free ranger on my cheeks during the first 15 minutes.....it wasn't the worry of talking, I can do that, it was all the knobs and buttons I had to fiddle with at the same time
