I got this in the post this morning and it’s fantastic. So many recipes to try and so little time!!!
I really recommend it for fist time wine makers and I’m not even half way through yet! :study:

It is brilliant!

I've made the tea wine from it using chai tea bags, and it appears to be going well so far!
