An Aussie was walking down a country road in New Zealand, when he happened to glance over the fence and saw a farmer goin' at it with a sheep.

The Aussie was quite taken aback by this, so he climbed over the fence and walked over to the farmer.

He tapped him on the shoulder and said, "You know mate, back home, we shear those!"

The Kiwi looked around frantically and said, "I'm not bloody shearin' this with no one!"

Gidday

And that just show that us poor Kiwis get sheep jokes poked at us by
the skirts from north of the boarder.

Nah, I'm not smart, just daft enough to have friends and relatives on both sides of the Tasman and take the mickey out of all of them. I figure I'm safe in Scotland for now...

So, in the interests of multinational fairness, what's the difference between Aussies and pigs?

Pigs don't turn into Aussies when they drink...

OI, you crazy Lot, fer farfs sake.... I'M NOT DEAD!

Am still on the farm, but working off it... so no longer get much chance to sit on my butt and dissect my lightbulb moments with ya all.

4 years of hard yakka just wore me down to be honest. Hard soils, no rain and rising fuel costs just pissed me off in the end. Also got lonely and needed to get back out in the world and start shakin my ass before it sags and starts shakin on its own.

Thanks for all the kind words. Was great to call in and find this thread. Yer a good bunch and all great value. Heaps good to find ya all still laffin.

Jack darlin... hard as you tried, you were never gonna offend me babe. Just aint in an Aussie's nature to turn his or her back on the underdogs. :geek:

Martin... maaaaaaate. Dincha ma ever tell ya a dobber always falls on his own sword. I miss you too.

Keep grinning all. Big hugs.

Hi Boots - glad you are OK! So who is looking after the animals now, or have you got rid of them or some of them?
