We have a litter of birth-notified Berkshire weaners that will be available from 10 November, aged 10 weeks (no earlier due to 20-day standstill). At this stage it looks like there will be 2-4 gilts available, but prospective buyers keep changing their minds so this may change.
Should they all be sold, we also have another two litters due in the next fortnight or so (available December/January) and another litter due in December (available around February), and we are happy to take advance orders - particular if people prove reliable!
The current litter is from a Mermaid sow (11-11), out of a Namatjira boar. The next two litters are from the same lines, while the December litter will be from a Suzanne sow out of an Ambassador boar. (Both the Suzanne and Ambassador lines have show success - the Suzanne sow's dam was Breed Champion at the Devon Show 2006 and Interbreed Reserve Champion at the same show; while the boar she's in pig to was Reserve Berkshire at the Devon Show 2006 and second at the Royal.)
