I've spent the week harvesting glass on the project allotment! Would have been growing chips not potatoes but for some thorough clearing!

I've just harvested the spring onions that I've grown off the ends of other spring onions (or possibly the same spring onions?). Anyway, they grew jolly fast.

There are apparently loads of veg you can regrow. I had a go with the base of some celery and got the new plant to about 4" tall then for got about it! Looked promising though.

Still got over a row of leeks to harvest - has anybody got experience or advice on dehydrating leeks.
