It never ceases to amaze me how aweful people can be to one another and what's worse is it happens too easily and in one's own "close" circle. It's so good to know that we can come on here to ask advice, share a worry or a woe, give an opinion or simply to pass comment, and not be on the receiving end of abuse! So we'd like to add our thanks to all of you for the time and kindness you've shared - you are all shining lights in a very murky world! (Ony don't forget to be lights with those eco-friendly bulbs in!! )
Let us be lovely
And let us be kind
Let us be silly and free
It won't make us famous
It won't make us rich
But damn it how happy we'll be!

I agree, tea (gosh, that rhymes! ). These forums have given me a social life, where I had none before.

Well if were not for this forum Dave and I would never have written the book.

Whilst writing whenever there was a bit of a block just coming here for information has been invaluable. So thanks to everyone who has contributed.

I feel like I have been away from this place for quite a long time and I guess I have really. Although it is like an old friend that you have not seen for sometime, it does not take long to get right back to where you were.

I look forward to getting to know all of the new people and catching up with old friends.

Cool, we were a cult. Why have we lost cult status?

I agree with Quakerbear, I used to visit a Christianity forum but I found it to be a most unfriendly and aggressive place, I dont go there any more as the people on this forum show more love and acceptance than the people on the Christianity forum.

We were described as a cult by the people (publishers) who did the write up about Andy & Dave's book, which we all found highly amusing!
