BW, I am looking for information about the Elgin Landfill Reclamation Fiasco last year. My interest is in TLE (Total Landfill Eradication). What is the latest from there?

Ina, I saw the report at NEEPS. The landfill was being converted into a flood plane for the flood prone Moray coast. The difficulty seemed to be the poor quality of soil residual from the landfill and the costs involved in correcting the mess. My interest was drawn to the article as landfill eradication will have to occur in the future.
