I have friends who have spent a lot of time in India. Very cleverly they have built a separate shoot into their compost toilet for doing "the water and left hand thing" - it may seem odd, but it is far better for the environment.

I think this is another one of those difficult things that we greenies sometimes have a blind spot about.....I´m making a personal resolution to do away with the loo roll right now! I hope I can take Mr Clara along with me :lol:

Why wipe and deal with all the dirty toillet paper when you can have a clean and hygenic wash with water each time.
