Can I put this on my compost ?

We grew a ton of rocket in a tray, now used up is it ok to put the contents of the tray in the compost bin ??
Is there anything we definitely shouldn't be putting in there ??

I think the only things you really can't put in are
Things that don't decompose
and
Poo from a carnivorous animal (including human - even if they are vegetarian)

And you'll probably get loads of rocket mysteriously sprouting out of your compost heap! Yummy!

Not true, you just need to compost it for longer, else how would human composting toilets work?
