Has anybody on this list used a Green Cone ?

My in-laws brought one over last week .. apparently they are so heavily subsidised by their council they are almost giving them away.
Anyway, I fitted it up today and was wondering if they really do work.
Can't really see how bones disappear (magic ?) but I'm prepared to be amazed.
And, do they smell ?
As I didn't really believe them on this I sited it a good 100 yards from the house ... just in case.

So I would be interested in the experiences of someone who has used one for a while.

The green cone is great, I'm not entirely sure how it works, however in our garden we sank it into the worst bit of ground we had and filled it with allsorts including the dog waste, and low and behold it all has disappeared, and the newly planted shrubs are thriving, in the 6 years it has been in the garden, and it has never needed emptying great stuff.

Well thanks, that's nice to know.
If I can recycle my meat and bone waste that would be great.
Every thing else I recycle or goes on a bonfire once a month or so.
