ok a requst please ... does anyone have a copy of A Perfect Day by Ira Levin they want to get rid of ... Happy to pay for it and its postage in resonable condition at the least. :( Its very difficult to find and I don't really want it all the way from USA and thats the only place I can find it ...and its silly monies

its the same one .. and while I am happy to pay for it I think £18 .oo for used accepable is mad and the postage on abe books makies that one a ridiculouse amount :shaking:

It's obviously a collectors item for whatever reason... keep an eye out at charity shops etc. If I see it here I'll pick it up for you.

Toldya it was prooving difficult :flower: Thanks for looking everyone. I have got a couple of friends in the book world keeping their eyes open and I shall be looking in the charity shops too.I think I might see if the library has a copy so I can see what all the fuss is about. Its my son that wants it, it would be a nice surprise for him.
