Sponge Erasure.

I went into the pound shop today ... not a place I go often as ours is full of folks who don't use soap... :pale: I had gone in for a reason and caught sight of a product

Zam Sponge Erasure... claiming that it removes stains without detergent.... a quid ... ok will give it a go. Its weird to use as its a odd foam but it does work,cleaned some paintwork round the doors with it and they are shiny. I will have to cut it in half as I find the thing a bit big for my hand.

Has anyone herard of it, used one and does anyone know what its made from as it doesn't say on the box :scratch: and google thinks I am talking loonies :geek:

yes, I have seen those things in Home Bargains. I think they are a JML type of invention. I've heard they do actually work although I wouldn't be using them on too delicate a piece of furniture or item.

I has forgotten this post ... they do work but the buggers leave a dull film on tiles and work surfaces pah so job needs doing twice... and definatly a nono on prized pieces.
