Over the years Ive pretty much let my front & side borders do their own thing - reseeding each year. Ive been so chuffed with the results this year. The front had dark purple flags with the orange californian poppies along with lavender and love-in-a-mist, it was beautiful. The side bit has just gone crazy on its own but its really lovely. You cant see the individual flowers cos Ive taken a long shot but its the overall effect against the limestone house.
