Good afternoon Ladies and Gentlemen,

This is my first post and I'm not sure if I'm even in the right place....

A few years ago a friend gave us a money plant. A few years later another plant started growing in the pot. And it grew and grew and it is still growing. I have absolutely no idea what it is.
So a few piccies...

My first thought on seeing the 1st pic was 'Mother of thousands' and a quick wiki search seems to confirm this:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kalanchoe_daigremontiana

Hope this helps.

yup, I used to grow one when I was a kid, they're quite nice succulents, pick off the babies, pot them up & give them to friends!

WOW that was fast! Thank you all very much :-)

Red - can I send you a baby or 2? Although I'm not very sure about import/ export laws regarding plants....

I hadn't seen one of hose in years, not since my university days. Thanks for bringing memories back, Stacey.

We used to call them Mother and Child plants. Very prolific and and hard to kill - perfect for students :drunken:
