Dear boboff,
All delicious, but isn't such a concentrated egg diet VERY constipating?
Love and Peace

No matter how much you push the envelope, it'll still be stationery

Spanish-style frittata needs quite a lot of eggs.
And you can basicly throw in anything that sounds good, like leftover chicken, chorizo sausage, bacon,
onions,greens and peppers etc.

When shortest days arrive you'll need them, why not preserve them?
Re: 101 Uses for Excess Eggs
I'm definatly a pickled eggs girl. I'd never heard of them till I moved to the NE and our lad proudly served me one up on a fork dipped in salt. The look he got! But it was DIVINE! I now go nuts for them, so, pickle em all!
