You all seem to be such proficient chefs. Well here is a place to share some of that cooking knowledge. Or do you have a cooking problem? Ask away. Jams and chutneys go here too.

one-ingredient ice cream

Post: # 235124Post JessieMac »

I found this online and tried it last night and its amazing,

Take two large bananas peal and cut into rounds, put onto a plate and freeze for 2 hours then put into a food processor or blender and blend till smooth,it will go into crumbs at first but keep going,it will turn all of a sudden into smooth ice ceam you can eat it as soft scoop or put it into the freezer to make it harder.
You can add choc chips or rum soaked raisins at the soft stage or if on a diet eat on its own.............its only bananas. :flower:
