Hello

I have trouble storing these over winter, no matter how carefull I am I don't seem to be able to keep them from rotting off in store.

I have tried keeping them upside down, packing in dry sawdust etc etc.

Any tips or advice please?

Thanks

I am no expert, but last year I just dug mine up and left them to drain upside down against an old pipe in the garage.

I always meant to pack them in dryish peat for winter, but never got around to it. They were a bit wrinkly, but I planted them on the off chance and they were glorious all summer.

Dust them with Flowers of Sulphur(http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Flowers-Sulph ... 797wt_1037) before storing them. it inhibits rotting.
