chicks arriving

We have 2 chicks arriving on friday,we are so excited.My girls have named them already.I have a feeder,drinker,large deep box and am borrowing a heat lamp.I have hens already but I am wondering what i have done as I am not sure what I am doing!When they are fully feathered can they go outside?Hubby is building another house so we can keep them apart from the flock till they are bigger,when do I change from chick crumb?What next?growers pellets or layers?please help.......
