If you mean refuse i.e. say no,as opposed to reuse i.e. rubbish,couldn't agree more.

Did you mean re-purpose? Don't think it is a real word yet but getting used a lot, probably a U.S. import.

Yes I did mean refuse as in saying No.
Like "no thanks I don't want a bag". Like "no thanks I don't want a receipt for something costing 30p". Like "no thanks, I really don't see the need for a telly even if you think I'm missing the soaps".

It's possible to rename this area, but I'm not at all sure whether or not that would mean that all posts associated with the old name would disappear. I don't think that would happen, but I'll check with He Who Knows All.
