or deciding not to do the things that do not give a return (like mowing lawns and keeping toy animals) ? I tend to over plan in the context of program logic - Decide the end state, determine the starting point (foundation) - determine the intermediate outcomes (steps) - work out resources needed - gather resources etc. etc. etc. So, this year I am committed to planning my planning for the next couple of years.
