Wind-powered Building

No, not a building with a wind turbine on (Martin will be glad to hear!) but a building that is made of segments that rotate in the wind and thus generate enough electricity to light itself up at night:

It does seem a rather strange concept, the observation tower on the same site looks like it might be more practicle.
I wonder how safe it is with moving parts and windows, in fact imagine being the window cleaner
Nice idea but just don't see how it could work.

I love the look of it - not sure I'd expect it to last long if it did work.
