plastic milk bottle tops

I heard that one of the local police stations is collecting milk bottle tops from plastic bottles - something to do with wheelchairs, haven't googled for more info, we don't consume a lot of milk.

Gosh, that's a lot of tops!
We throw ours away here because they do't have a recycle for them

ok so we have to take them to - Bridgwater Mercury, Royal Clarence House, High Street (opposite NatWest) Bridgwater, during office hours.
Mercury's office hours are 9am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
I have emailed sarah boobyer the journo who wrote that article, it appears to be written in the summer so might be out of date now. Have asked if there is an address that we can send ours to.

there is also a childrens hospice or simular that collect them. I'll see if I can dig out the address, haven't sent any of for a long time as we were having milk delivered in glass bottles
