interesting, not in my area I'm afraid. Good luck though.

how do you get access to the wild foods - are they on land owned by you or do you ask permission of farmers etc?

Access is one of the most important issue with what i do. It has taken me four years to negotiate.

oh wow I like the look of this especially for the fungi .. its scary ... it would have to be mail order though ... will have a closer look later... :flower:

I negotiate to ... its usually a jar of jam ... or very occasionally sloe gin ... :mrgreen:

Well I had a look round and when your able to do a mail order thing ...I would be interested ... not only from the eating point of veiw ... but I feel that there would be a nice learning curve. :flower:

The article is actually going to be inthe Sunday Observer food monthly.
Hopefully this week or the next
