Windseeker 800 wind generator.
Has anyone had any experiance with a windseeker 800 generator. My friend had purchased one years ago and it was never install on his alternative energy system. I have found a Rohn HDBX 48 foot tower for under $400 in like new condition with a wind load factor of 18 sq ft. which should handle this generator. Before I spend the time installing the unit I was looking for input good or bad on the units performance. I would have recommended a larger unit over 1000 watts minumum for this installation. Installed off grid alternative power system for my friends 3 brdrm 2 bath mobile home, with 3 5000 BTU window air conditioners. Using dual Trace SW4024 inverters with 4500 amp hour Hawker batteries, system running great since 1999.
